Hierarchies flattened in 5D

Hierarchies are a part of life as we know it. But do they need to be? What would a world look like without hierarchies?

The basis of a hierarchy is to classify and segregate people based on an external criterion. Some hierarchies allow people to move up the scale, whilst others lock people into a level for their entire life. This differentiation creates the elite (management) and the not-elite (workers). The elite hold the power and the non-elite are at their mercy. Ambition and the definition of success has been built around becoming one of the Elite.
This is the old-world paradigm and should not exist in the new world. We are all equal as we came from the same source. Our paths are varied, and this makes us unique. But we are not “special” as in better than anyone else. We are just different. That is why diversity is so beautiful.
Each human has had opportunities to develop skills and experience over many lives, and this gives them strengths and talents. Their weaknesses are the opportunities they have not had yet. These are future skills and experiences to be developed. The differentiation between humans is in how many lives you have lived and what skills and experiences these gave you.
If you focus on what you are strong in, you do not develop the other areas of opportunity. That is why challenges often focus on your weaknesses so these can become your strengths. Once mastered, a weakness becomes a strength or wisdom. Humans are curious for this reason and will venture into the unknown to explore and learn. Young souls tend to be more cautious and afraid of change and therefore they need nurturing from old souls to help them develop their skills and experiences.

The only valid hierarchy is experience, and this is not a means of segregation or entitlement, but a means of mentoring and guidance. In the old tribal systems, elders were respected for their wisdom and experience. But not all elders are capable of this. If they are elders in human years, but youngsters in soul years, then they may be less experienced and wise than an old soul that is young in human years. Just look at Donald Trump and Greta Thunberg.
This is why chronological age is not a valid measure of hierarchy. Social status is an external measure developed by a power-based and corrupt system, so that is not valid either. The real measure of hierarchy is wisdom. But a wise person does not want to be put on a pedestal. They want to be part of the collective, working in harmony and balance with others.
When someone puts themselves above others, they are living from ego. This is not a place of wisdom, but a place of survival. Wisdom is moving beyond survival, letting go of the base instincts and trusting in the harmony and balance of the universe. My gut instinct may warn me, but my wisdom allows me to see to the core and understand. My gut tells me someone is toxic, but my wisdom tells me they have been harmed in their past and are acting in survival mode.
Young souls learn survival first. They establish their base security and then resist change that is a threat to their base security. They will function in like minded groups, fearing anything that is different. This is the basis of nationalism and other factional belief systems. They serve a purpose to give young souls security. Elitism and entitlement is another form of security for young souls.
Old souls are more likely to be the homeless, addicted, carers and community workers. They are seeking knowledge and wisdom through hardship, love and compassion. But this is only a generalisation, as we are free to choose our experiences and journey. The young soul will be more likely to conform, and as one of their lessons is abuse of power. This is their journey of understanding their own energy and power.
The hierarchy system worked in the old world for these lessons. It was a world designed for young souls to explore and learn, an individualistic society. But the new world is based on the old souls path, which is a collective society. This is not the collective style of socialism or communism, but of freedom and harmony. Socialism and communism were based on a collective mentality, but they existed in an individualistic paradigm, and therefore could not succeed.

Democracy is based on freedom of choice and human rights, but it also existed in an individualistic paradigm and could not succeed. All systems were corrupted by the need of the individual to exert power over others. This culminated in the world being dominated by older white males, the ultimate pretense of superiority. But these systems are all coming to an end in the new world.
Politicians will be replaced with elders, true elders made up of experienced old souls that have gained much wisdom. Their chronological age in this will vary, as will their gender, race and other characteristics. They will act as mentors and guides, providing a conceptual framework instead of rules and regulations. Humans will be allowed to live as they please, find their own path, live wherever they want, and they will fall into a system of harmony and balance. There will be no structures such as countries with borders, no hierarchies, no discrimination.
To step into this world, you need to relinquish your fight for survival, your belief systems based on hierarchy of greater or lesser. You need to let go of your individualism whilst embracing your uniqueness in a world of diversity. There is no competition, no judgement, no disrespect, only a place where everyone feels safe, loved and free.
The hierarchies will all be shed, one by one, and the individuals who have based their value on their place in a hierarchy will fight for their survival. This will be one of the major disruptions to human society as they try to start wars, pit their armies and police against their own citizens, segregate through hate propaganda. They will lock up protesters and distract with scandals. It will begin with political parties and move into religions. Each will collapse as they have no place in the new world. Finally, corporate power will disintegrate as the collective changes their belief system to believing in themselves.

Fame, wealth and adoration happen when we externalise a desire. We believe that they will make us happy, but they are false desires. When we gain wisdom, we realise that the real gift is being able to live freely as our authentic selves, to love, respect and accept ourselves and then to be able to give this gift to others. When we come into our real power as a human, we let go of the old false beliefs and individualistic paradigm and want to belong to the collective that does not judge us, does not compete, but lives in freedom, harmony, balance and provides total safety to be authentic and follow our life lessons without harm.
This journey is internal, and then you externalise it in your actions towards others. You do not need hierarchies, only the right to be free. This is the fight starting in the world today. It is a fight against the old hierarchies that wanted to control and dis-empower you. You do not need to take up arms, as this is their way. You need to walk away from their game. Join as a collective in peaceful protests to give them warning of your intentions. If you are in a position of power, do not use it against others.

We can transition to a harmonious collective by absence of abuse of power. This is at all levels and begins with each one of us. There are several steps. Firstly, use your position to be of service to humanity and its freedoms. Facilitate change wherever you can, beginning with yourself. Secondly, call out the lies and corruption when you see it, expose those who have been using it for their own gain. But do not harm them in the process, just disable their abuse of power. Finally, merge into the new collective. When we build our tribe, we create a place of harmony and a safe place for others who are ready to transition.
As we change, we become a beacon for others who want the new world. Remember young souls need guidance, help, love and nurturing. They will shift eventually, but we need to allow them to do this at their own pace. They are just seeking safety, and they have been conditioned into the old belief system. As this old system falls apart, they will be looking for a new place of security, and this is when they will begin to shift rapidly. It is the duty of old souls to be ready for them and welcome them with open arms of love.
