Stress comes from our mind - thoughts and beliefs - conflicting with the external world. We awaken to what is stressing us and learn how to let go of this. Then we replace this with a healthy belief system that is authentic to us. Along the way we heal our trauma and addictions. These people can help you do this. There are many inspirational people but here are the ones I found helpful. Listen to their videos on YouTube and check out their websites to find which ones resonate for you. There is a lot of free material available on their websites and on YouTube. Yes, I did notice there is a plethora of older white males in this industry, especially from USA. Perhaps that is the community that has had the most challenges. I have tried to diversify as much as possible. Enjoy the many hours of enlightenment ahead of you.
