Who am I and why am I here?
To understand this question, you need to go back to the Soul World. I will share with you my understanding of the soul world and where I found the best sources for assistance in my research. I do not expect you to accept everything, but to keep an open mind. If you demand scientific proof, that is still coming with quantum theory, string theory and psychic abilities such as remote viewing. Many scientists are now acknowledging there is a spirituality level to life they cannot prove because of lack of research and understanding. Open your mind and begin the journey to discover a bigger picture that helps make sense of our limited world.

Journey of Souls by Michael Newton is a good starting place. He is a clinical psychologist that explored the soul world through hypnotherapy. When taking clients back into past lives for therapy he discovered there is a place between lives where they return to the soul world. This is where they review their life just finished and then plan their next life. They have mentors and guides, companion souls and soul groups.
Basically the earth is one of many classrooms a soul can access for their lessons. From birth to death, there is a script providing opportunities for these lessons. Because of free will, the soul having the human experience can follow or diverge from the script. We are born into exactly what we need for the chosen lesson. What happens after that is a combination of script and free will.

Dolores Cannon and Brian Weiss are others that used hypnotherapy to discover many things about past lives and the soul world. I would recommend reading Journey of Souls as a starting point and then explore the others if you want more. The audiobook is available for free on YouTube. Ainslie MacLeod is a Psychic who provides an excellent explanation in his books The Instruction and The Old Soul's Guidebook. He describes soul age and this helped me understand why a child may seem very wise and an older person can seem very unwise. He says that souls have approximately 120 lives here on earth and we progress through soul levels as we learn from each life. He splits these into 10 levels, where the first 5 are young souls and the later 5 are old souls. Once we have achieved level 10 we do not need to come back.

I find his explanation of young souls very interesting as it describes the world as we know it in the 3D paradigm. This is an individualistic world ranging from the new soul that has no experience and is very fearful and afraid of change, to the power hungry who have used the world to achieve as much for themselves as they can.

I believe that the 5D world we are moving into is an old soul world based on the collective. This is because enough young souls have now reached old soul status allowing humanity to graduate into a new classroom here on earth.

Another source is people who have experienced NDEs or near death experiences. This is someone who has died sufficiently to pass into the spirit world and had interaction with souls on the other side of the veil. These experiences are varied, and reflect a person’s belief systems a lot of the time. Often a sense of overwhelming love is felt. Some go through a life review. The experiences are varied so it is important to keep in mind that these are personal to that person, to their limited understanding and their limited ability to describe it. There are plenty of these on YouTube and a lot of people working in spirituality changed their direction from mainstream thinking to spiritual thinking after their NDE.

Hypnotherapy was my gateway. In my own experiences I have connected with people who have passed, healing energy and higher self. I have also had clients tell me to hold on before bringing them back as the light was healing them, complain that there were too many passed relatives turning up in their healing space, and see dark patches on their spiritual body which they could then heal. After these sessions, the client is glowing.

I have had a few experiences where voices have asked me for help and I have opened the light for them to pass, and felt the energy of many souls moving on, then the voice has thanked me as it moves into the light.

I have woken to my passed grandmother standing at the end of my bed with a message. I have known things and ignored them, and the message gets stronger and stronger. I am learning to act on these messages - life is easier when I listen. I would not describe myself as a psychic or medium, but I am given access to the soul world as needed.

I have had a number of personal experiences through hypnotherapy and meditation that convinced me that the soul world is real and we are constantly connected to it. No matter how much I tried to walk away from this work, I kept being drawn back. Finally, my own soul channelled in a hypnotherapy session an explanation of my life purpose and I am fully committed now to that purpose.

My work is co-written by my soul. The wisdom comes from my soul but I add my human experience to try to make it relevant and relatable. When I hear other people's work, my soul filters it telling me what is relevant and what is an interpretation or ego. Some people began this journey and tried to turn it into a business before they were ready so not all of their information is reliable. There are other areas that are not my soul's expertise, so the scope of my work is limited to transformation.

My soul told me there are many old souls like me here on earth at this point in time specifically to help mankind graduate, clean up the mess they have made and develop a new curriculum. Each soul has chosen to be here at this critical time in evolution as it is the splitting of the world into 2 dimensions. Some will stay in 3D as they are not ready yet, whilst others will move into the 5D reality. This is the time when souls having human experiences get to choose which future they want.
