Spiritual Practices

We begin each day with Chakra Yoga and throughout the week you will experience other healing practices that activate your energy and help you learn the path to maintaining it on a daily basis. These may include breathwork, drumming, oracle readings, sound bath, reiki circles, h’oponopono, chanting and love circles.

We offer a unique Italian experience exploring the local culture and food.  This retreat includes a day in Florence, a wine tasting lunch at a Chianti winery, dinner at a local olive oil farm and a pizza party night.

At the end of this course you will understand energy, how to clean and maintain your energy and manifest a life of love, joy and abundance.

When we manifest from fear, pain and suffering, we create a life of struggle.  To have a life of flow, we need to let go of all the past that is blocking us from living in joy.

Chaotic energy makes you anxious and stressed.  Blocked energy causes physical and mental illness.  Energy In flow expands your life to experience more love and abundance.

Energy healing is learning how to release all the trauma and blocked energy from the past, identify and block toxic energy, and maintain your energy on a regular basis to restore it to clear and pure. The goal is to have your energy in flow, so that you can expand your life with love and passion and never be harmed again.

Energy is vibration. When you live in drama, toxic and negative energy environments, this reduces your vibration and takes you into darkness. But when you learn to set boundaries, and clear your energy, your vibration rises and your life transforms. You will learn how in this course.

Meet Elizabeth, your retreat host

Elizabeth is an artist, energy healer, Reiki master and intuitive empath who was born in The United States. She fell in love with an Italian and now resides with her beautiful family just outside of Florence in the Tuscan countryside. She is on her quest to heal and through the ongoing healing process she has understood a few things about it. She is ready to assist you on your path as well. Elizabeth will also be offering oracle card readings in between making sure everything flows in alignment with the energy of joy. She is a Virgo so you know this retreat will exceed expectations.
