Personal Transformation

The change begins with you.  First comes the awakening - realising that society has two faces.  Mainstream has put profits ahead of health.  Corporations control the propaganda and you have become a commodity.  We are consumers and the sicker we get, the more we buy and the more compliant we are.  But there is an alternative stream that wants you to live a full and wonderful life.  First comes the healing of illness, then comes the maintenance of wellness and there are many evolved people working in this space.  They are the ones you need to find on your jourrney to personal transformation.

Wellness is a choice that you can make.  It requires determination, and a belief that you are worth it.  Once learned, it is knowledge for life that you can pass on to your children and grandchildren.  It changes your genetics and is hard wired into your brain.  It removes all addictions and makes you stronger as a person.

​

There are two areas to focus - nutrition and stress.  Nutrition is about getting physically well, nourishing your body which then nourishes your emotions and mind.  Stress is about your thoughts that are destroying you, keeping you stuck in the old world and making you physically and mentally ill.  They began with conditioning in your childhood and continue in every day relationships.  That is how we were taught to get what we want - by manipulating and coercing others.

You have been raised in a world based on fear, scarcity and survival.  The Letting go process is choosing what you want to believe and claiming your power and freedom.  It is walking away from what you have been told in the past and looking further for the truth.  It is finding your own truth - what serves you.  Self-actualisation is when you are living in a place of wellness and love.  It is when you value your body and mind enough to protect them from everything toxic.  That is when you can love others fully.

Nutrition

Our body is organic and requires nutrients for its growth and maintenance.  But modern lifestyle has reduced our nutrients and added toxins. 

​

Chronic physical illness is part of life and we have become dependent upon prescription drugs and supplements.

​

We do not have to live like this.  A few changes allows you to eliminate all chronic illness and regain excellent health.

​

Our commercial food production is killing the planet as well as making us chronically ill.  When we make ourselves healthy, we also help the planet.

Stress

Stress is killing us and it is getting worse.  Addictions are coping mechanisms and suicide is when we can't cope anymore.  

​

Modern lifestyle is out of control and the pressures on everyone are too much.  It is making us sick and increasing risk of cancer.  Relationships are failing because of this.

​

Trauma is the root cause of many illnesses and social problems and yet this is not recognised by mainstream medical treatments.

​

We do not have to be stressed.  But to change this we need to change our belief systems and let go of many things we were taught.
